West Midlands Hedgehog Rescue

My name is Joan Lockley and assisted by a small fundraising team, I run West Midlands Hedgehog Rescue. It used to be entirely self-funded but now we hold small fundraising events. The costs are increasing yearly due to the ever increasing number of hedgehogs needing my help.  I am a registered carer and am linked to the British Hedgehog Preservation Society .

I rescue sick, injured, orphaned and abandoned hedgehogs , I cover the northern half of the West Midlands and the south of Staffordshire.

• My aim is to act in the best interest of the individual animal at all times. 
• I never refuse a call for help. 
• I will either look after the hedgehog myself or find another carer who is in your area.
